Words

Words – is all I have
and still they are not mine
Words – look beautiful
when somebody crafts them well
but they look just scattered
whenever I try to play with them
Words – mean the world to me
and I still, at times, am speechless
Words – have their own lives
but they fall short
talking about my life
Words – have a magical existence
but they are just words
when I pen them down!
Words – have multiple combinations
however, when I use them
people find it monotonous
Words – express my perception
but not in a magical way
even then
Words – is all I had
and words will be all I will have!
